Interior Painting & Floor Tile Replacement
Project Overview
V21 Construction refreshed the interior of a home with a double-height living area, an open staircase, and a stone accent wall. The scope included interior painting, removal of the existing floor tile, and installation of replacement tile. The work covered floor-level surfaces as well as the high wall and ceiling areas around the upper windows.
Analysis
The height of the main room makes access a defining part of the job. The work photos show upper windows, hanging chandeliers, and a railing above the living area. The stone wall, staircase, and lighting give the walkthroughs fixed reference points for seeing where the painted surfaces and tile fit into the interior.
Process
The crew set up scaffold access in the tall room to reach the upper wall and ceiling. The photos show furnishings protected beneath the work area and a crew member working at ceiling level near the chandeliers. The floor scope was to remove the existing tile and install the replacement tile through the living areas shown in the walkthrough.
Outcome
The walkthroughs show the light tile beside the seating area and continuing toward the kitchen. The painted walls and ceilings frame the tall windows, decorative stair railing, and textured stone feature wall. Work-in-progress photos show how the crew reached the high surfaces while protecting the room below.
