Full Interior Renovation
Project Overview
V21 Construction renovated the interior of this Bronx home from exposed framing through finished living spaces. The construction clips show metal wall studs, open ceiling joists, and the door and window openings before the wall and ceiling finishes went in. The completed walkthrough shows an open living room and kitchen with warm plank flooring, white cabinetry, recessed lights, and a vertical wood-slat wall behind the TV.
Analysis
Pre-construction conditions showed aging framing, outdated wiring, and insufficient insulation. We re-framed key partitions to improve flow, upgraded service circuits and branch runs, rerouted plumbing, and optimized lighting layout for even illumination. The design intent emphasized clean geometry, continuous flooring, durable low-maintenance finishes, and code-compliant electrical and plumbing.

Outcome
The finished walkthrough starts in the living area and shows how the open floor plan connects to the dining area and kitchen. Continuous flooring ties the rooms together, recessed lighting carries through the ceiling, and the slatted TV wall gives the seating area a focal point. The framing footage shows the same interior before those surfaces were installed.
