Apartment Interior Renovation
Project Overview
V21 Construction’s apartment renovation is documented from demolition through the finished walkthrough. Early photos show stripped plaster and exposed wood lath along the hallway, room openings, and bathroom walls. The finished tour shows smooth painted walls, wood-look plank flooring, white doors and trim, and updated kitchen and bathroom areas.
Analysis
The demolition photos follow the apartment room by room. They show opened wall sections around doorways, existing window and radiator positions, and the bathroom opened around the tub and plumbing. These details give a clear view of the surfaces and openings before the finish work covered them.
Process
The gallery starts with views of the exposed lath, stripped openings, and unfinished floors. Additional photos document preparation around the bathroom tub and visible plumbing. The finished walkthrough follows the hallway into the adjoining rooms, then shows the compact kitchen and the bathroom with the wall and floor finishes in place.
Outcome
The finished apartment has a consistent light palette through the hall and adjoining rooms. The wood-look planks and white trim connect the spaces, and the walkthrough makes it easy to compare the completed doorways, kitchen, and bathroom with the exposed surfaces in the demolition photos.
