Custom Built-Ins That Fit Your Space
Custom millwork can turn an unused wall, shallow alcove, or awkward corner into storage that feels intentional. The strongest built-ins respond to the room instead of looking like freestanding furniture pushed into place.
Design around the architecture
Trim lines, ceiling conditions, outlets, radiators, doors, and uneven walls all affect the design. Shelf spans and cabinet depths should reflect what will actually be stored. Lighting and cable management can be integrated before fabrication.
Select durable materials
Paint-grade and stain-grade projects require different materials and preparation. Hardware, edge details, backing, and attachment methods matter as much as the visible face.
Install for a fitted result
Walls and floors are rarely perfectly square. V21 Construction measures, scribes, trims, and finishes built-ins on site so gaps are controlled and the final piece belongs to the room.
